All of Aqua salon and spa service providers attend several continuing education classes per year.
Additionally-we offer the most comprehensive associate program for hairstylists in the country. This program, developed by Summit Salon Business Center, takes new talent through a nine-month intensive hands-on learning experience.
This "Masters" in hairstyling and client servicing ensures that you will have the best experience with all of our stylists.
Level System
Every service provider at Aqua salon and spa works on a LEVEL SYSTEM. The system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs and beauty budget. Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget.
The Training our team receives is aggressive, constant, innovative and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.

With over 17 years' experience Michelle brings vast knowledge of all thing's nails. During her consultation with you she will guide you in deciding what shape and color looks best on you.

She also takes great care and focus on the cuticle area, this in turn lengthens the longevity of the polish and allows for a closer application.

Throughout the 18 years of her career, Sara has continued her education with companies like Keune, Aveda and Goldwell.
Her other focus is highlighting, using a traditional technique with foils to achieve the most natural looking highlights. Whether your hair goal is to have bold and bright highlights or highlights that are softly infused, Sara will give you the desired results!

For 25 years, Susie has worked in the business of hair. The last 10 years, Susie has been working in the South County area of Rhode Island.

This only scratches the surface of what Susie has accomplished! With that said, her true passion is you, her guest. She is dedicated to providing you with most complimentary color and haircut combination.

Co-owner of AQUA salon and spa
Lindsay is Aqua's lead esthetician, she has been in the industry for 11 years.
Lindsay has advanced training in menopausal skin, mature skin and adolescent acne. Together with her guests, Lindsay creates a skin care plan and regimen to address and improve target areas.
Waxing is another of Lindsay’s areas of expertise. After leaving the treatment room her guests frequently, if not always, state how gentle and nearly pain free the experience was.
With a strong background in education, her passion is to educate her guests about their skin and enhance their natural beauty.

Brenda Dimon
Creative Director

Owner of AQUA salon and spa, and master colorist with over 30 years' experience in the industry, Brenda institutes an advanced training/apprenticeship program designed to teach next level skills that help make stylists successful.
Before opening Aqua Salon and Spa, Brenda spent 14 years traveling the country for a European company teaching hair color. Brenda was also an instructor at the company's Atlanta based training academy facilitating classes such as, train the trainer, advanced color techniques, corrective color and color placement techniques.
