Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you.Therefore, we ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We understand life happens. Because the salon and spa industry earn their wages by providing services, we would like you to know the WHY behind the 24 hour cancellation notice policy.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we as a company miss the opportunity time and guests (like yourself) on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
As a courtesy, Aqua salon and spa will text or call to confirm your appointment.
No Show or Same Day-less than 24 hours Cancellation Fee:
Service value of $100 or less will be charged $25.
Service value of $101 or more will be charged $50
Same day service changes
You may change your service to an equal service amount. If the service is changed to a lesser service amount a cancellation fee will be added to the service.
All Guests: A deposit of $100 will be required when scheduling a Keratin Treatment.
NEW GUESTS
A deposit will be required for a first time guest scheduling an appointment for a service.
Deposits
For missed, same day service changes or less than 24 hour cancellations will go directly to the scheduled employee for the appointment time that was missed.
