Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Therefore, we ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We understand life happens. Because the salon and spa industry earn their wages by providing services, we would like you to know the WHY behind the 24 hour cancellation notice policy.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we as a company miss the opportunity time and guests (like yourself) on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
As a courtesy, Aqua salon and spa will text or call to confirm your appointment.
If you miss your appointment or cancel, we ask that you reschedule for another time as soon as possible.
No Show or Same Day Cancellation Fee: Service value of $100 or less will be charged $25. Service value of $101 or more will be charged $50
Changing the scheduled service day of: You may change your service to a equal service amount. If the service is changed to a lesser service amount a cancellation fee will be added to the service.
All Guests: A deposit of $100 will be required when scheduling a Keratin Treatment. This amount will go directly on a gift card to be used the day of service.
A deposit will be required for a first time guest scheduling an appointment for a service.
Deposits will be applied to a gift card and is nonrefundable in a cash return. IF less than 24 hours notice OR you do not show for the scheduled appointment. The gift card will go directly to the scheduled employee for the appointment time that was missed.
