Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Therefore, we ask for a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We understand life happens. Because the salon and spa industry earn their wages by providing services, we would like you to know the WHY behind the 48 hour cancellation notice policy.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we as a company, miss the opportunity time and guests (like yourself) on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
As a courtesy, Aqua salon and spa will text or call to confirm your appointment.
If you miss your appointment or cancel, we ask that you reschedule for another time as soon as possible.
A deposit of $25.00 will be required for a first time guest scheduling an appointment for a service.
A deposit of $50.00 will be required for a first time guest scheduling an appointment for a service of $200.00 or more.
This will be applied to a gift card and is nonrefundable in a cash return. IF less than 48 hours notice OR you do not show for the scheduled appointment. The gift card will go directly to the scheduled employee for the appointment time that was missed.
