Hours We have updated our hours in order to observe social distancing so there will be fewer people in the salon working. We've also adjusted our hours of operation to make-up for that. Your favorite pro may be on a slightly different schedule- so be mindful of this when scheduling.
We offer early morning appointments for those at risk-those over 60 or anyone immunocompromised. Our team working the early bird shift have opted to do so.
Private Room available for hair services: the space may be limited, but we do offer a private room if this would make you more comfortable. When scheduling let Jackie know so we can reserve that for you
Like always our salon is cleaned through out the day with hospital grade disinfectant on all high touch areas like door handles, table top surfaces, faucets and much more..
Our styling stations are the required 6 feet apart
For your added comfort -we are more than happy to place our work cart with a portable safety shield between you and the next guest. Just let your service provider know.

Hand Sanitizer and Disposable mask, disinfectant wipes are readily available to you
Masks-The latest fashion accessory for 2020, you are required to wear your favorite mask-if you forgot one or don't want to wear your trendy cloth mask during your service, we have you covered. Ask your service provider or Jackie our front desk specialist
When you arrive remain in your vehicle and give us a call we will let you know if your service provider is ready. We are observing social distancing, you may or may not be able to come in right when you arrive.
You will be sent via email or sms text a quick series of covid related questions before or upon arrival.
Water, coffee or tea will still be available. Just expect these sips to be in eco friendly disposable drinkware for now.
Reading: you may want to bring a book, as we have temporarily suspended all magazines for your added safety.
Aqua's standard practice is to remove ALL linens after each facial and massage-the table is cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant before freshly laundered linens are replaced
Facials: N-95 mask as well as safety glasses are worn by Lindsay our lead esthetician and Aqua salon and spa manager.
Lindsay also uses a state of art safety shield that protects both herself and her guest. This shield does not interfere with your facial experience..
By the way, Lindsay's facials are AMAZING!
Massage: Masks are worn by both the therapist and the guest. This does not interfere with your massage experience. Have you tried our Rapid Percussion Treatment?

Manicures: A safety shield divider is between Michelle our master nail tech and you her guest. As a standard practice the entire work areas are cleaned and sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant
Pedicures: We have a safety shield divider between the two pedi areas. this doesn't interfere with your pedi experience:
Aqua's standard tub cleaning and disinfecting, after every guest. Michelle drains and rinses the tub and jets, fills them up again with a tub/jet disinfectant - runs for 15 minutes, drains, rinses and disinfects the ENTIRE pedicure area with hospital grade disinfectant. We take sanitation VERY seriously here at Aqua salon and spa!
Implements: ALL implements used for pedi/mani go through a strict 4-step sterilization process before being placed in sterile pouches for the next use..
Our standard practice is, every guest receives a freshly laundered cape or smock every time!
Blow drying: Under the state & CDC guidelines we are allowed to blow-dry. If however you opt not to have a blow-dry, no worries, just let your service provider know.
We clean and sanitize the styling chairs and surrounding areas with hospital grade disinfectant wipes.
We also clean and sanitize our brushes between each guest, (we have an abundance of brushes) All of our cutting and styling combs are submerged in a disinfectant barbicide (we have an abundance of combs)

Remain in your vehicle, call 401.398.0569. We will then ask you a few simple covid-19 screening questions. We will let you know when your service provider is ready

All other items must remain in your vehicle
Only if you are accompanying a minor or someone who needs assistance
You will be greeted at the door to sign the covid-19 questioner and have your temperature taken
Someone will escort you to the designated work station
Please sanitize your hands before entering. You will find the hand sanitizer outside the front door.
Do not wear gloves, you may bring them and put them on after you sanitize your hands
We ask that you respect our 48 hour cancellation policy.
As we are restricted in our staffing hours (per) Department of Health.
-NO Changes in your service to a lesser value AT the time of your appointment. (ie Color & Cut to Cut Only)
Thank you for understanding the formalities, we are under many mandated restrictions and need to be as efficient as possible..
Masks must be worn in the building at all times, If for medical reasons you are not able to wear a mask, please reschedule your appointment until the mask wearing order is lifted.
If you choose not to wear a mask and show for your appointment knowingly and are unwilling to wear one, Please understand You Will NOT be allowed in the building and will be charged for the appointment in FULL.
